  • What if I’m running late for my appointment?
    If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the delay, it may be necessary to reschedule to ensure we can provide the best care.
  • Are your services suitable for all skin types?
    Yes, our treatments are designed to be safe and effective for all skin types. During your consultation, we will assess your skin and recommend the most appropriate treatments for your specific needs.
  • How to book an appointment?
    You can book an appointment through our online scheduling system by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website. Alternatively, you can text 0411934150 to schedule your appointment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. We require $50 non-refundable deposit to secure appointment which will be credited to your treatments.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept cash, debit card, credit card and bank transfer. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We also offer payment plans, afterpay, zippay available in clinic. How do I know which treatment is right for me? Our skilled practitioners will help determine the most suitable treatment during your consultation. We’ll take the time to understand your goals and assess your skin type to create a customized plan.
  • How do I reschedule my appointment?
    We do require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can reschedule or cancel appointment online or email me.
  • I'm uncertain about what I need; what should I schedule?
    Schedule a consultation! Our consultations are free and provide a chance to evaluate your facial features, and discuss the most suitable treatment options for you.
  • Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment for support.
  • Can I book multiple appointments at once?
